   Proposal Description:
   Frailty and cognitive impairment are closely related in sharing several possible underlying pathophysiological mechanisms. Cognitive frailty, simultaneous presence of both physical frailty and cognitive impairment without being severe enough to fulfil the criteria of dementia has a lack of clarity      about the pathology.  We aim to study the neuroimaging characteristics (structural MRI findings, amyloid/ tau PET findings) with the phenotype of cognitive frailty.
